We are proud to present the all star winemakers from Halkidiki, Greece, the place we love like no other.

Malagusia | Konstantaras Wines

Bright straw color with greenish highlights, aromas of exotic fruits such as mango, ripe fruit such as pear and citrus, but also aromas of spring flowers such as white rose combined with aromas of sage and marjoram. In the mouth it is rich and full with a strong aromatic character, with balance and freshness and with a spicy aftertaste that lasts a long time.

Rose | Konstantaras Wines

Its color is light salmon, with some orange, onion highlights. Beautiful aromatic, floral nose of red rose, but also of red fruits reminiscent of strawberry, blueberry, sour cherry and cherry, which is completed by subtle hints of caramel. In the mouth it is provocative and expressive, exuberant with crisp fresh red fruit, thirst-quenching acidity, balanced body and a fruity aftertaste that lingers and accentuates the aromas of the nose. With excellent quality raw materials, passion and dedication, Hilandar Rose 2020 is produced exclusively on Mount Athos. Old Merlot vines are cultivated in the Field of Agios Savvas on Mount Athos by the monks of the monastery of Hilandar since its foundation in 1198. It goes without saying that the vintage is always manual and bottling is done in the modern winery of the monastery, in a limited number of bottles. With a huge wine tradition and respect for the environment, the monks created a wine that will fascinate you! Much of the proceeds go directly to the restoration of the sacred relics of the Holy Monastery of Hilandar, which is on the UNESCO World Heritage List.

The rosé wine of the Estate comes from the popular Merlot variety, perfectly acclimatized to the Mediterranean microclimate of Lakkoma Halkidiki. It is a wine with a light salmon color and pink highlights, with an expressive nose and a crisp taste. Elegant and refined, it has a fruity character with an aftertaste and balanced acidity. Ideal as an aperitif and perfectly matched with various dishes such as shrimp ceviche, prosciutto and parmergiana, salads with pomegranate, lightly roasted white meats etc. "KONSTANTARA" wines are produced from grapes that are organically grown in the privately owned vineyards of the Konstantara family, covering an area of 250 acres, in the area of Agia Triada Polygyros. Our estates are located at an altitude of 430m, in an ideal location for viticulture with little or no irrigation.

Techni Alipias white offers one of the most authentic expressions of the exotic, aromatic white blends from Drama, Greece. One of the first wines of Drama created in the -now popular- fashion of blending Sauvignon Blanc with Assyrtiko, it shaped and defined this style for the entire region, inspiring other producers.

Sauvignon Blanc | Alpha Estate

Brilliantly, light yellow in color with greenish tints. Strong and lively nose, typical Sauvignon Blanc, suggesting gooseberry, passion fruits, melon, litchi with a note of honeysuckle. Round and mellow on the palate, quite fat balanced although, with plenty of finesse. Crispy and well structured, reminding the nose aromas with a hint of lime. A richly textured wine with superb length and balance. A classy wine with long finish and persistent aromas. ALPHA Estate is located at the northwest part of Greece, the Amyndeon, Florina region. Alpha Estate was founded in 1997 by the experienced viticulturist Makis Mavridis and chemist-oenologist Angelos Iatridis, who, after years of experience in various locations of Greece, chose the Amyndeon region to create his own wine.

Santorini Assyrtiko | Argyrou Estate

The Argyrou Estate is one of the top not only in Santorini but in all of Europe, with a century-long tradition in the cultivation and vinification of Assyrtikos. The Assyrtiko of Argyros is a 'calm' force among the Assyrtikos of the island, with excellent balance and an impressive but also extremely pleasant acidity that, like an aftertaste, does not want to end. His numerous and impressive awards, and his recognition abroad, promise a wonderful course in the effort for more intense extroversion of the estate. An exceptionally complete wine with a great ageing potential, shows the true essence of what Santorini and Assyrtiko are about: Aromatics of basalt and pumice stone with ripe tropical fruits, honeysuckle and maritime salinity, and a palate of salty green fruits with high levels of minerality and acidity. The long aftertaste adds depth and weight to the wine making it a perfect pairing for seafood and fish.

Malagousia | Alpha Estate

Crystalline, bright with a pale yellow color, with slight greenish highlights. Intense nose, typical of the variety, with aromas of white flowers, citrus fruits and subtle aromatic herbs. In the mouth it is full with excellent balance-coolness and finesse. Lively and long-lasting aftertaste. Following skin contact in cold, vinification is carried out in stainless steel tanks at 18 °C, while some is vinified in French oak barrels. The wine is left with its lees for a number of months to gain structure and body. It has a brilliant straw colour with greenish shades and an aroma of matured fruit such as pear, mango and citrus.

Ovilos White is a most exciting blend of two grape varieties, Assyrtiko and Semillon, grown in the warmest but most barren spot in the Bible Chora Estate’s vineyard located on the slopes of Mount Pangeon. The Semillon’s fragrant expression and ageing ability are complemented by the strength, structure and exceptional freshness of the Assyrtiko. After a brief maceration period on the skins, the wine is fermented in French oak and left in contact with the lees in barrel for a few months to add structure and complexity. This dry white wine eyes bright yellow with light green hues. It is ideally enjoyed at 12°C and can be aged for 10 years or longer.

Viognier | Ktima Gerovasiliu

The floral variety of Viognier was initially planted on the estate in 1993 in collaboration with the Agriculture School of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. Following skin contact in cold and fermentation in French oak barrels, the wine is allowed to mature for several months with its lees to enhance its rich creaminess and mouthfeel. Intense gold in colour, it exhibits an aroma of apricot, peach, and smoky accents in its long aftertaste. This wine can be aged.

A greek wine shining in the International Chardonnay arena. Idisma Drios Chardonnay has its own place as one of the leading Greek Chardonnays. Vinified in oak barrels, it is round, it features sweet aromas and richness, spreading across the tasting palette and impressing with its texture. Thymiopoulos family has been in agriculture and grape-growing in the village of Trilofos for generations. Apostolos Thymiopoulos was the first to vinify the family vineyards while studying oenology.
